Job Title:Customer Success Manager
Location:Guelph, Ontario
Pay:Starting rate – $85,000 per annum
Scope for the position:The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service and the people-oriented leadership of the Customer Service, Order Desk, and Inside Sales groups to departmental and organizational goals.
Basic function of the position:- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service
- Coach, train and manage team members
- Develop and monitor departmental KPIs in relation to the annual operating plan
- Continuously improve and monitor strong Field Sales support
- Develop and execute on product education strategies for the team
- Support strategies for achieving Inside Sales revenue targets
- Operate with strong ethics and a servant leadership approach
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Customer Success team and all related elements of order management, credits and returns, pricing, field-sales support, recalls, complaints, GS1 and other external portals, CRM, inside sales, etc.
- Write and execute annual operating plans for the department, setting goals and KPIs which ladder up to the overall goals of the organization.
- Continuously improve departmental processes, training programs, and tools.
- Empower the team, and colleagues, with the coaching and support needed to anticipate and exceed expectations.
- Allocate departmental resources and control costs.
- Ensure continued product knowledge and customer service skills development within the team.
- Engage in ongoing performance management and conduct performance reviews.
- Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through a partnership approach.
Required qualifications, education, experience, training, skills, background, certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or demonstrated success in business administration, sales management, or equivalent market experience
- Customer service management experience (3-5 years)
- Fluency in French is an asset
- Experience within the natural products industry is an asset
- Trademark computer skills – MS Office
- Must own a reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
- Must have a valid passport as some travel in the USA may be required
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to deliver results within a fast-paced work environment and under time constraints under pressure

Job Title:Forklift Operator
Location:Calgary, AB
Shift:Mon – Fri, 7 am – 3 pm
Scope for the position:- Prepares (pick and pack) customer orders accurately for same day/next day shipping
- Product replenishment & put away of incoming products
- Ensuring total customer satisfaction and meeting on time delivery
Basic function of the position:
- Prepares (pick and pack) orders from pick/ship and or invoice list as directed by shift supervisor. Helps with, replenishing, put-away, shipping and inventory control duties.
- Replenish and stock shelves in order fulfilment area. Maintaining Inventory Accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Picks customer orders – When Assigned- Ensure order picked with accuracy while using hand scanners or provided equipment.
- Follows procedures outlined in shipping work instructions for “special customers”
- Performs necessary material handling equipment checks each morning and report machine deficiencies as required
- Packs order for protection while in transit. Palletises orders for shipping
- Manually wrapping of skids of various sizes for transportation, to ensure protection in transit
- Loading trailers with various sizes and weights of customer order skids with pallet jack or electric walkie pallet jack
- Completes required shipping paperwork
- Records the appropriate information on provided packing control sheets
- Operate machinery with safety as highest priority. Cleans and organizes packing area
Product Replenishment – When Assigned
- Unloads and loads trucks as necessary
- Ensures product is dealt with as per Quality System Procedures. Follow work instructions.
- Inspects goods for non-compliance “lot, expiry, damage “
- Maintains that stock is rotated appropriately (FIFO) to ensure fresh product is being shipped.
- Maintains overstock locations to ensure product can be picked efficiently.
- Stocks product in storage area. Keeps receiving area clean and free of debris
- Maintains a teamwork atmosphere among shipping associates
- Work overtime as needed to complete tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications, education, experience, training, skills, background, certifications:
- Grade 12 diploma (OSSD)
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar environment is considered an asset
- Previous experience with material handling equipment is considered an asset
- In-house/Internal certification and experience working with an Order Picker Machine.
- Some heavy lifting required
- Have the ability to multi-task in a fast and ever-changing environment
- Able to bend, kneel, reach, stand and walk for entire shift
- Able to lift up to 50 LBS on a consistent basis
- Excellent attention to detail

Job Title:Material Handler
Scope for the position- Receive and inspect incoming material.
- Keep production lines stocked.
- Product replenishment
Basic function of the position:
- Unload trucks and stage for QC Inspection
- Transfer released goods into storage locations.
- Maintain production lines by picking orders or re-filling them with materials.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect MHE at start of the shift.
- Unloads trucks and inspects goods.

Job Title:
Sanitation Technician
Location:
Guelph, Ontario
Scope for the position:- Maintains the overall cleanliness of the manufacturing plant and warehouse area. Performs cleaning and sanitation of areas as stated in the SOP and Master Sanitation Schedule.
Basic function of the position:
- Performs daily sanitation duties as stated in the Master Sanitation Schedule for manufacturing and warehousing areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs duties as stated in the Master Sanitation Schedule.
- Cleans and sanitizes all common areas such as hallways, lockers, locker areas, sanitation rooms, dust collector rooms, drains, docking areas, ovens, ceiling vents and tiles.
- Deep cleaning of production workstations as requested.
- Removal and disposal of trash and cleaning of garbage bins
- Assist production personnel with changeovers and workstation cleaning.
- Checks Soap Titrations and water temperature as needed.
- Refills soap, sanitizers, paper towels, and other personal protective equipment.
- Assists with continuous improvement by Identifying opportunities for quality and sanitation.
- Performs sanitation related tasks including but not limited to scrubbing, mopping of the floors, walls and equipment; vacuuming, removing trash; using the proper chemicals / equipment and all other related duties as assigned.
- Operates electric pallet jack, power washers, steam cleaners floor scrubbers, vacuums and man-lift to assist in performing sanitation duties.
- Completes daily task documentation as required.
- Reports all repairs and maintenance issues throughout the facility in a timely manner.
- Supports Production and Quality teams through sanitation efforts and initiatives.
- Complies with safety, cGMP, SOP and SQF requirements.
- Cleans and sanitizes all common areas such as cafeteria, offices, restrooms, entrances, stairwells, lockers, conference rooms.
- Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork; washes windows, door panels, and sills.
- Cleans washrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors. Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Cleans warehouse areas including loading docks, rails, racks, restrooms, and offices.
- Deep cleaning of offices, hallways, and other common areas.
- Removal and disposal of trash and cleaning of garbage bins.
- Assists with department environmental monitoring activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications, education, experience, training, skills, background, and certifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer and data entry skills required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing sanitation environment, preferably food or pharmaceuticals helpful.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as MSDS sheets, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals (S.O.P.). Ability to fill out sanitation/production paperwork accurately.
- Good verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to operate various types of powered industrial equipment (floor scrubber, electric pallet jack and man lift) required.
- Good attention to detail skills required.
